The joy and pride of bringing a "little you" into the world is priceless. It's an amazing feeling.

Each year, roughly 4 million women bear a child in America.

Many of these new moms go on diets and fitness programs in an effort to lose weight after pregnancy and get back into physical shape.

Unfortunately many never get back into their pre-child-birthing shape and fitness level due to the time challenges and many responsibilities of being a mom.

Additionally, many women find it harder to lose weight after pregnancy — compared to their ability to lose weight prior to having children.
